First of all, I was charged $60.00 for a phone consultation, that I later found out it was not with an Attorney. On the day of the consultation, document was sent for my signature. From reading the document, it appeared that the Attorney's office was interviewing us not the other way around. The consulation was scheduled for 3:30 PM. 3:30 came and went. I called a couple of times and had to leave a message for someone to call me back. After 4:00 PM, I called, cancelled and asked for a refund, which I later received.
